Our techs will gather as much information as possible, take pictures as necessary and create a custom quote tailored to your desired solutions. *The size of the job may affect timeliness of the quote*

Once you receive the quote, you can request changes, deny or approve it. Once all details are established and an agreement is reached, the quote can be approved. The job can now be scheduled for the next most logical time & day available. This is the best time to discuss scheduling, coordination, special considerations and job timelines. *Once the quote is approved it becomes a legal promise between both parties. Some quotes require an initial deposit prior to scheduling. *

The final step to complete the transaction is the invoice. Invoices are our way of accepting payment for services rendered. It is the legal way of saying I successfully completed my end of our agreement. If an initial deposit was collected, it is automatically applied towards the balance. Now you can enjoy the fruits of our labors!

Kojaack Plumbing Solutions extends a quality craftsmanship warrantee to cover the labor of anything we work on for up to 1 year after date of invoice. *Regular maintenance and care must be taken for plumbing systems and is owners responsibility. **Certain material may not qualify.
